Every month we pick a new cookbook and you select, make, and bring the recipe of your choice. After sampling an array of delicious treats, we sit down to discuss the process. This month’s selection is The Complete Make-Ahead Cookbook from the editors at America’s Test Kitchen; an impressive collection of 500 recipes at your fingertips! Every recipe has been tested thoroughly on what’s best to make when, and how to store it, to give your results a just-made flavor. To participate, you must make and bring a recipe from this month’s book.
